Yesterday evening when I switched my e-mails on, I found that I had had 232 in 24 hours. They were all from the Forum, which must send an e-mail out everytime someone posts a thread. Does anyone know how to stop this happening? It took me all night to get through them!

Ignore this!!! I found out how to do it when I was adding the last e-mail and pressed Submit instead of delete! Sorry!! I am new to this!
