Stealing an idea directly from the Radio Worcestershire thread, anyone else care to join in our '2000 sit-ups before Christmas' challenge?

It also features an additional 1000 press-ups count too (girly or otherwise).  If you want.

Here we go:

Sit-ups
PAR 67

Wotsit: 70

Press-ups
PAR 34

Wotsit: 15 (baby steps )

No thanks!. I tried the press ups challenge, got halfway through and my arms fell off. The last thing I want is to start this challenge and have my guts explode and ruin my nice carpets.

I do loads of press-ups anyway and I'm carp at them (but getting better).  Can I just take the sit-up challenge please Wotsit?

LOL Scotty.

If you do 200 sit-ups everyother day you'll be there in no time.

Well, I rarely do sit-ups, but probably should, so I'm in. It will get me motivated.

Will start later.

I'll start when I get home.  *Stuffs bar of chocolate in mouth*

Me too! Me too!

Still have the post-Cesaerian pouch, and need to get *some* shape back in my stomach muscles before trying to destroy them again.

A 2 pack would be enough..........

Parklife - Par as in golf, I think.  Sort of "the average".

I thought sit ups were rubbish at giving you toned abs

*whistles siance*

Doing crunches alone will not get you a 2 pack, 4 pack or 6 pack - nutrition and cardio are more important.  You can do 2000 crunches per day but if there's a layer of fat hiding your abs, you're not going to be able to see 'em!  Weight loss is the key oh, and time, this ain't going to happen overnight - it'll take at least 6 months.
