This is one of the few running events where you can actually take the whole family, and let them have a go (2k for the kids).  Seeing the kids faces when they get a medal just like mums or dads is a brilliant experiance. and because the kids enter and leave the main field the same way as the 10k many kids (OK the younger ones) think they do the same route - Sorry adults but you have to go do another 8k !!!!

The PSA always put on a great range of activities including bouncy castles, great catering, and of course the Bouncy Castle, although I am told that 10k's are a little big to have a go !

Orpington is just 15 minutes by train from London Bridge and under 2 miles from Junction 4.
