 Just thought I would do this now, there are so many threads on IM Ch that its hard to keep a track of who is doing what. Gonna start this so that the watchers can follow the runners and the runners have ONE place to keep us updated before and after the race.

 Morning all, just waiting for the others to come down so we can set off. Got everything packed, the nutrition strategy continues to be the two for one plan- whatever Morrisons have on two for one is what I eat on race day. So that`s dairylea dunkers a Bernard Matthews turkey roast and ice gems. Sadly the chocolate ice gems are inferior to their fruit counterparts in thatn they have a lower melting point so I^ve changed them for some green jelly frogs.
I succumbed to pressure and bought a couple of gels and 3 power bars- just in case the pepperamis and pistacchio nuts and trackers aren`t enough.
