Thanks for the tip.

While one experience doesn't make a trend, I just ordered regular width shoes and got wides. They also didn't respond to my email within their stated timeframe. I'm very interested to know if they'll refund my return shipping for their mistake.

Unsurprisingly, my purchases are going elsewhere.

Followup, for fairness... they didn't respond to three of my emails. However, I had a nice customer service person assure me today that I was going to be refunded in full, including return shipping. (I'll post back if they don't.)

I still doubt that I'll buy from them again.
