Advice – Multi-terrain Trails/Road shoe?

Hi guys,

I am looking to get hold of a pair of runners that can give me grip on the trails and comfort on the roads. I currently have Asics for the road, and Salomans for the trail, but I am after a third pair that can do both...

After reading a few reviews I have narrowed it down to Brooks Cascadia 7 and Adidas Supernova riot 4 

Please let me know your thoughts?

from your 2 choices I assume you need some mild support (like me)
I'm currently using Asics Torana for mostly road with a bit of trail
and New Balance 749's for mostly trail with a bit of road
both brill

Cheers mate. I have been looking for alternatives to my two choices, i will check out your recommendations.

I also looked at Brooks Mens Adrenaline ASR 7 Trail but I hear they are comfortable but lack grip on trails.
