Advice on shoes for a fairly new neutral runner?

Hi. I've been doing very occasional running for several years but have recently started running 4 times a week (5 - 8k each time) with sweatshop running community. I also have done 3 park runs and have signed up for a couple of 10ks. I've been running in some very old Mizuno Waves and I feel I am more than ready for some new running shoes. Any advice on what to buy? I believe I'm more of a neutral foot.

How about Mizuno Wave Rider or Inspire if you've no complaints other than that they're getting old? I'd be a bit careful about radically changing away from something that works.

Sounds sensible. I will go and try some on.
