Arm cuff to carry BlackBerry

Had a nasty fall on the canal bank last week. Blood everywhere, nothing but 50p and a house key to my name. 

Anyone recommend an arm cuff which can take a BlackBerry? The only ones I have seen around just take normal sized phones or iPods.

Which Blackberry? I would imagine that any case that can take an iPhone would also cope with a Blackberry, but this link might be of use:

I have found that although yummy, blackberries are not good to snack on whilst on your long run.
