hmm, i ran with my belkin one for close to 2 years with no problems at all.
I have a Belkin one - black and yellow thing. Has a tiny pouch for a key and holds the phone perfectly with no movement. Only downside is that the top where the phone slides in is exposed. During rain it's generally fine but in driving rain I wouldn't trust it! The strap appears small but stretches over my arm fine (quite big arms).
I have belkin, not great and doesnt protect from rain / sweat very well at all
I recently bought this from Amazon for £2.95 which I'd 110% recommend! I put my key (on a keyring) behind the back of the phone when it's in place. You could always clip the keyring to the bit which keeps the phone in place for extra security. It's got a plastic covering which helps protect against the rain, and (surprisingly) you can still use the phone - I didn't think you'd be able to swipe but it works fine.
It's got quite a large strap too - a few inches of room left on mine when I have it on my upper arm, even with a coat on.
Ahead of Apple launch We may be waiting with baited breath over the exact design and specifications of the iPhone 5, but luxury
