does anyone know if these shoes are quite roomy iam 2e in new balence, and have flat feet.
dont fancy the nb940 as i dont like the lump of plastic on the arch, had 850`s and didnt liker them, best for me was 859`s
Jeremy - I have used both - Asics gel (various) and have been a regular New Balance user, for the last few years. I am a standard size 10 and I find that Asics in size 10 are a good fit, but if the pair I wear are bigger than my feet (for example size 11 or over) I do find them roomy.
New Balance - again if I wear a size 10 I find them a nice comfy fit, but as with Asics if the size I wear are bigger than my feet they also appear roomy,
A strange issue with the new Balance that I have not experienced with Asics, is that if I wear a size 9, they become tight, and the roomy effect of the size 11 disappears, it's a mystery how this phenomenon affects both brands, and I wonder if they could be made in the same location and just branded differently.
I hope this helps
Tried on quite a few pairs of motion contol shoes today and came to the decission that they are too over kill for me,i dont like the lump of plastic that you can feel on your arch,so iam going back to new balence and going to give 860`s a go..
I love nb 859 and i thought it was a motion control but iam now told its a stability shoe, prob why i thought motion c are not right.
