Fastest racing shoes for moderate overpronators
I got my fastest time (42minutes) in a Manchester 10K 4 years ago in a pair of Saucony Fastwitch 3 trainers. Reviews of new models Fastwitch 5 & 6 seem to suggest they are radically different to the Fastwitch 3. Can anyone of you suggest a good alternative to the Fastwitch 3?
Asics DS Racers have a little bit of support - worth a look
I overpronate and use Brooks T7 for racing up to 10K plus all my speedwork on the track.
They are very lightweight and a dream to run in. Also the low heel does mean that I tend not to heel strike when running quickly, so overprontation becomes less of an issue.
Saucony Fastwitch are worth a look, I love mine.
