Checked the Asics website out and found out that Sutton Runner will be hosting one of their gait analysis clincs in May but it isn't listed in the Asics ad in this month's RW mag.

So will be phoning Sutton Runner up to check before booking a place.

They'll probably tell you the Asics will be half price just after I've bought mine, Hohum. The Nike bowerman guy turned up offering a discount 30 seconds after I bought my last pair.

30 marathons Plodding Hippo, amazing!!! Give muzzy a slap from me for being cheeky about race t-shits I can't reach him from here.

Just a quick update!

Decided to go to Bourne Sports for the Asics clinic yesterday.

It seemed a complete waste of time apart from the lovely drive there and back.

I couldn't run on the treadmill properly and he had to film me walking then watch me run up and down in the shop a couple of times.

At the end of it he recommended the exact same shoes I was thinking of getting.
