Finally used my camelbak today that I got for Christmas. I've never ran with any kind of backpack before and was suprised how little hassle it was.
The only problem I had was - despite rinsing it thoroughly I had an awful taste of plastic throughout my run.
Any Suggestions?

Milton (best suggestion), or baking soda and hot water.

apart from what Rennur says, the taste will disappear in time as it the plasticisers gradually get washed out. use something flavourful in it in the meantime to mask any lingering tastes - cordial will do the trick
