I went for a last 9 miler yesterday before my marathon next Sunday. As I'm away in Italy and I only took long tights with me, I ran in those with warm weather, 16 degrees with sunshine. My legs felt warm but it was not really unpleasant I would say.
Now I like running in tights because I feel my legs have better support and my question is: are there any side-effects to running in tights when it's warm? Should I consider wearing them on marathon day if weather conditions are similar to yesterday?
