This has probably been asked before, but has/does anyone use the little waistbags you can buy while running. Just i want to be able to take my phone and house key out but dont like having my pockets full, i had a arm pouch for phone but found that rubbed and caused irritation on my arm so was hoping someone could recommend a lightweight waist bag capable of holding these items and possible energy sweets.

Thanks

Walking Shop by Sportline...lightweight, waterproof, phone pouch, two zip pockets and space for gels too. Quite inexpensive

I got a Karrimor version of the Spibelt (google) in Sportsworld/Sports Direct for a few quid and it works a treat for carrying keys and phone and small stuff. I don't normally like carrying anything but am trining for first marathon so have to get used to it and it's nice and compact.

Craig, I use the one in your link. Easily holds a phone, keys and gel. And if you decide it's not what you want at least you haven't wasted much dosh
