So most people dont run track etc, but I know some on here do.

Just got an email from Start Fitness for XC and various track and field spikes from £4.99

pick up a bargain perhaps....free socks too!

Have paid more for a decent pair of running socks but would need a whole roll of andrex to make a size 14 fit me
