Hi _ I have just started running and am waware I need to get a good pair of shoes. What would people reccomend. I went to JJB and they didn't have many ladies shoes. I don't know if I over-pronate or not and don't know what shops would be best for real advice. I live in Bristol and am only running about 1 and half miles 2 x per week at the moment on the pavement.
Can anyone help with a neutral shoe reccomendation or good shop that can help.
Cheers

No-one can recommend a suitable shoe without seeing your running action, foot shape, discussing what types of running you intend to do etc. Get yourself to a proper running shop, such as Easy Runner. Tell them you want advice. They should be glad to help (but outside peak hours is best).
