Garmin 305 coordinates

OS grid refs - Help, I am really stuck

Am trying to get OS grid refs into longitude/latitude for my 305, can anyone help me? alsocan i enter them via the training centre or does it all have to be done manually? apologies for my ignorance, technology is not my strong point!

I dont think you can do it mathematically because the OS grid is simply based on ruling the UK into 100 squares
