Miles to kms and upload to Fetch

Just after a bit of help if anyone can.
Got a lovely 305 today and had my first run and loaded upto the training software.

What I want to know is can you change the distance units on the watch from miles to kms?

The software shows in kms so why not the watch.

I have always run in kms so would like to stay the same.

Also can you upload the watch info to Fetch.

If you go into settings (press mode), general, then units, you can then set it to metric and it will then record in km.
