Garmin 310 locked up

I had my garmin on charge this afternoon and now I've come to use it its locked on the charge up screen, ie says complete 100% and doesn't matter what buttons I press it just stays locked.

Can anyone offer any advice/help?

Is the screen actually saying locked? Try Mode and the Up button. Alternatively mode and Lap will restart it.

when you say pressed all the buttons, have you held down "mode" and "lap" together for a few seconds?

Thanks, had tried mode and up, that didnt work but mode and lap did.  Thanks again, Cinders just off to the ball!
