I have a Garmin 405cx (I've had it for a few years now). I've recently tried to 'send a course' to my watch for the first time but without success. I've got as far as plotting a map and saving it but when I click 'send to device' nothing seems to happen. I've tried plugging my ANT stick in but again, nothing. I've tried changing the ANT+ settings on my watch to 'receive' rather than 'transfer' but nothing happens. I wonder if anyone could offer any advice?
