Can someone explain how when I download my data to the training centre it says I'm doing a max speed in excess of what I did??
The other speeds/pace seem fine, with the average approx what I thought it would be but it says my max speed was 14/km/hr, when the highest setting the treadmill ws at was 9.5.
It did the same last week, so now it makes me concerned that I've never got as fast as I thought running on the roads.
I'm coming back from injury so the treadmill is a bit of a crutch at the mo, as it it hurts I can just stop and don't have to trudge home!
