Many people use CamelBaks - they have a range of options, from rucksack style to round the waist. Different peeps are comfy with different ones - I love the rucksack ones, but found the waistpack irritated my skin

wiggle.co.uk probably have a good range. If you want to look at some 'live', then maybe try an outdoors shop (Blacks / Millets (if they still exist / somewhere that sells hiking stuff). Some running shops will have them, but outdoors place more likely!

Another option is to simply carry a small bottle of water, perhaps in a bottle-belt. Depending upon how far you are running and how much fluid you need, that may be enough.

Check out a running shop and try out various packs on the treadmill. Some bounce, some dig-in and some are too heavy. Belts also work for some people - and others hate them. The wide belts seem to work best. You will also see people with the hand held bottles - sort of with a hole in them for easy gripping. A lot less hassle and at least it is easier to see how much you have left - my bugbear with hydration systems. Take your pick

I ran a marathon recently with a belt, carrying 2 0.5l bottles + power gels, jelly babies & 2 x .25l bottles of water etc....a wide belt, fully adjsutable and not bother. I got this from Blacks...very cheap, no nonsense. I find the trendy sports belts do not carry enough fluid, and when you train in the wilds of Donegal, you carry your own + your phone etc !
