Can anyone help me with this? Is there such a thing? I have some insoles on my normal trainers, as well as my work shoes.
Went XC running at the weekend, and trying to pre-empt this, thought I would put my trainer insoles into my xc spikes, which obviosly didnt work. I can buy a pair of normal insoles and cut them down for the spikes, but wondered if there are any specifically for spikes?
