More Mile sizing

Can anyone tell me how More Mile gear sizes up?  I'm a medium/large in most brands, and I dont like my gear too baggy.  I've been looking at getting some More Mile training gear in as it is very reasonably priced online, but cannot be bothered with the hassle of having to send it back if its too big/small.

I have a fair bit of More Mile kit, socks, T-shirts and have had shorts and tights and find the sizing to be accurate, ie I am a M in their kit and am an M in other manufacturuers kit (except salomon, where I seem to be an L)

Thanks Ian, that was exactly what I was looking for i.e someone telling me its true to size

If it's not true to size they usually put something on the start fitness website. I'm only aware of the trisuits being crazily sized - they advise going one size up in them as they are pretty tight.
