I puchased some New Balance 1040's because of the excellent fit and UK manufacture. How ever when I have been running in them for 10k or greater (when my legs get tired and I run less efficiently) I end up with very sore knees. I think this is because I run 'flat footed' when tired, does anyone else have a simular problem.
I have swapped to Nike Pegasus and the problems have ceased.
I do feel a little cheated in paying £70 for running shoes that create a problem, New Balance reply was to say that they had no other reports of this type of problem, how helpful !!
