Do I need these? Tried a pair on Sunday decided against as 256Mb too small. Went onto google to find 512 is now out for £300. Tell me I don't need them pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase

Probably better off with cordless MP3 headphones, they are quite small now, available in 512mb and are cheaper than the thumps. Afterall what about when its not sunny ? You'll be paying thru the nose just cus their Oakley. Oakley make sunglasses not MP3's, stick to manufacturers who specialise in what they do.

Oakley glasses fab.
MP3 player fab.

Combine the two and it's an unholy mess.

Get a 512Mb for £40 off ebay and blow the other £260 on two or three pairs of Oakleys. It's the only sensible solution.

Cheers guys, managed to convince myself to wait till duty free in Gatwick in September so hopefully will have gone off the idea completely by then
