I've just found out that I underpronate and have a high arch. I bought a pair of reebok premier zignano running shoes a few months ago, and although they are generally comfortable, I have occaisonally suffered from heel pain. I wondered if anyone knew whether these trainers are good or bad for my foot type, and if the former, what insoles I should buy to provide extra cushioning. Thanks.
the are a neutral shoe so they shouldnt really be a problem, i use those for the gym and they are super comfy, but i didnt think the sole is very stable for running,
