I have a big head

"normal" caps ("one size fits most") do NOT fit me

does anybody know where I can get a running cap to fit my super-bonce?

I have a pretty big head and the ronhill caps from Wiggle fit OK, your mileage might vary. Wiggle have a very good returns policy plus they do quite a lot of hats so might be worth buying a selection and sending the ones that don't fit back.

I'm in the same predicament, I have a huge head. I've given up hope trying to find a hat that doesnt look like a small childs size.

I wear a Nike dri cap. It fits me fine as i had the same problem finding a cap that fit my head. I brought it from Sweatshop.
