Just wondered if trainers fitted in somewhere like sweatshop/up and running after having my running style analysed really do help or whether its just a bit 'gimmicky'?? Of course the shops will say they do help, but was after some advice from seasoned runners!

I've had trainers fitted following three different ways of gait analysis:
A) watching me run up and down the street outside the shop
B) running on a treadmill with the video analysis
C) running on a mat that brought up a computer image of my weight distribution on impact

Trainers I loved the best out of all of those? Was from a. Good old fashioned human analysis. Shame they just don't make those trainers anymore. They have been the only trainers ever that I didn't get blisters from...
