I too used to run in the old style and really liked them, before moving to 2070's and finally to the new Omni's.
I think they look a bit and feel abit more ...clompy (is the only way I can describe it) than before. I think the heel is slightly lower cut than before (as I remember having problems there breaking in the old ones) which is okay.
I think the toe box is a bit smaller than before probably resulting a slight snugger fit, but in terms of support I haven't noticed much of a difference
