So, basically:

It's a zero drop shoe with cushioning.

Does that still work or am I going to end up with horrible throbbing knees again?

(Moved over to NB MR00 about 4 months ago for road running: occasional shin splints, 3x as big calf muscles, sore feet when I go more than 15 miles hence the question about whether I should think about something a bit softer, but otherwise a great move as I'm quicker than I've ever mean)

Just wondering how people cope using a shoe with very little sole and then something thicker/softer.
