I run without socks, which is usually fine but with the recent hot weather my trainers are beginning to pong.
I've tried the Scholl Shoe odour spray but it doesn;t seem to work very well.
Does anyone know of any other product/technique/old wives tale that would help?
I find that soap and water once in a while works wonders
A washing machine on a short 40degree was will have them looking and smelling like new. Just take the insoles out before chucking shoes and insoles into the machine. I do mine about 4-6 times in their life span and never have probs.
So basically- what nick said minus the sarcasm lol
Sarcasm? No, my old wife told
Nick - I do wash my feet!
So no super-duper ant-bacterial-anti-fungal treatments out there?
Ask a silly question eh?
Charcoal or activated charcoal or activated carbon.
Lush do something called 'The Guv'ner' but any health food shop will probably sell something similar.
