Importing Data from Training Center

Does anyone know how to import all my historical data from Training Center (for Garmin305) into Sport Tracks? I cant seem to find where the data is stored! Any help would be useful. I dont know if it's just best to upload everything from my 305 rather than trying to find the files individually to transfer!
