hi, I am new here and am about to start running. I have most of my stuff ready but need to get a good sports bra. What is the best for support etc? Thanks Pinkfairy x

I'm 34dd - and use Berlei shockabsorber which works fine for me.
Enell seems to be getting raves - and when back in civilised shopping country, may try and splash out on one (internet shopping doesn't quite work for me with bras )

Shock absorber are good - go for impact level 3 or 4 for c/d cup.

I have a couple of old crop top ones that I wear on top of ordinary back fastening ones for longer runs, and nothing moves, but for shorter runs, the back fastening one alone is fine.

A good place to buy sports bras from is lessbounce.com - they only sell sports bras and are really good about giving advice and letting you try and send back if they do not fit.
I would endorse shock abosrbers, they are great support, I have the high impact B109, and like them for every day wear too.
