I hope this isn't too much of a stupid question...
I get that head sweat bands stop sweat running into your eyes. But what are wrist bands for?
to wipe your head. (or nose)

Emmy_H I guess you have to remember which side the key is in or it's a sore nose for the rest of the run
they're for people who get very sweaty wrists.
I put one under my garmin as otherwise it is too big for me. Don't suppose that's what they were invented for though!
Its just a portable cloth really that you wear round your wrist and wipe up sweat with :P.
I put one under my watch on long runs, otherwise it can get uncomfortable.
