i have been wearing mizunos for a number of years and find them a very comfortable trainer to wear. after so long find it hard to change, i have not tried the musha but am thinking of making them my next purchase.

I have tried these running shoes and I prefer the
mizuno wave rider 13
, I find it more comfortable than the musha II.

I got these about 8 months ago and did a few smaller races with them, while longer training runs I stayed with my Wave Riders - I prefer having something a lot lighter to race in and for tempo runs
