Lidl - compression running socks - £3.99.

Worn them before and pretty good - not quite the same as my 2XU etc but well worth the money and long lasting.

I'm not sure if these are technically bargains, but going by the apparent quality I would say they are.

MandMdirect have some mens Asics kit, and I ordered as follows:

Reduced from £19.99 - £11.99

Reduced from £24.99 - £14.99

Reduced from £19.99 - £11.99

I ordered 2 of each both in small and medium, and used the code for free delivery, and utilised the £1.49 collect+ returns service.

I'm around 72kg, and 5ft 10, and the medium fits me fine in all of the above, I didn't even bother trying on the small size, as the medium was just right.

I'm so impressed with the quality of the 7" shorts (They have 5" ones as well) I'm sending the smalls back to exchange for another two pairs in medium

True enough, but SD only have limited sizes, and you have to spend £60 to get free delivery, unless they have some codes going on of course, and Amazon and Ebay generally seem to have limited sizes, and or large postal charges - all in my experience of course.

As far as I could tell, M&M seemed to have all of those products in most if not all of the sizes.

Totally agree with you though, the quality shines through, and I can see where the money goes for these higher spec garments - well worth it

I've just spent £3.99 on a pair of running shorts from Lidl (Crivit range) and I'm thoroughly impressed. I recently spent £36 on a pair of Nike Swift Shorts, and these are nigh on as good.
