1st one didn't work for me, 2nd one did.
Not really gear, but there's a book called Anatomy for Runners in today's Kindle Daily Deal - 99p if you buy it today.
Shock Absorber run bras from start fitness at 18.99 and SALE10 code gives another 10% off.
Lidi bike kit in next monday Can't see anything special but cheap stand pumps if anyone needs one at the moment. linky
I have frequently found cheap Mizunos, Asics, New Balance, Brooks, Saucony, etc. I rarely see cheap Nike running shoes on sale.
Ohh I was all excited, I rushed in to see what bargain RoadWarrior was going to tell us about, and ..... oh, it's that he can find bargain nikes.
I feel so let down. Awww RW c'mon that's an anti bargain isn't it ?
Oh... I really hope it doesn't need saying but just in case, you can add a few smileys in appropriate places to my last post.
Any cyclists out there, TK Max are currently listing 2XU bib tights at £48 on their website - unfortunately only ins "small", so no good to me ...
Few little tips that might be useful to someone,
My local TK max (newcastle) has nike free runs in now for £35, not the best for running but great for the gym.
Found a very cheap online shop for compression wear leggings, shorts and tops with ladies and mens gear all under £10. www.compressionwear.com
Also the new adidas range at topshop looks great and is well priced for girls like me who like more loud running gear. I got a cool top for £25.
20% off running clothes at Amazon with code SPRING14.
Amazon has the old but good garmin 310xt with HRM priced at £123 inc post at the moment. I'm not sure if this is a great price but they are still going for over £100 used on fleabay so it must be worth a punt if you are after something tried and tested for the wrist.
As mentioned above Sweatshop are doing the Garmin forerunner 210 for only £85 to members this week.
I've not got one myself, and I know it's been replaced by the 220, but for £85 it seems a bit of a bargain for a good first time GPS Watch.
The amazon code SPRING14 is dead
that is a good price for the 210 and it will do everything that you will need it to do.
i only went for the old 310xt because it is properly water proof and I am a clumsy nightmare!
If you're clumsy DY then the 310xt might not be the best for you. The screen isn't very well protected and plenty get cracked. Definitely worth a punt at that price though. Good luck!
