How to update time

I have a second hand Timex Ironman GPS watch and cannot change the time i.e. when the clocks went back.  I have the instruction get started manual and have read full manual on the web but both say the watch updates with satelites. Well I have used it with sat mode, let the battery run down and gone through all the menus but the time just doesn't update.

Any ideas

You need to plus it into your computer with the USB lead and then you should be able to change settings using the Timex software.

I'm not in front of the laptop or the watch, please let me know if you need more specific help and I will try and help.
