I have 2 pairs of running shoes - my normal road pair, which have done about 250 miles, and my trail set, which I've clocked up 50 miles in. I just wondered whether I could expect to get similar mileage out of both pairs.
My trail shoes really do get punished - lots of water, mud, stoney paths and uneven ground. Sometimes even they struggle to keep me upright, but they are very comfortable and clean off nicely.
