Has anyone got or used a personal ultrasound unit. I am suffering from plantir fasciitis and wonder if buying my own unit is worth it. The machines seem to be about £150 which isn't much when you compare it with 3 or 4 physio appointments, but I'm wondering if these "non business" machines are any good or are they weak alternatives that are just a waste of money.
Any opinions / experiences welcome.
