Anybody know where I can get hold of a decent union jack vest & shorts - made out of a nice wicking fabric?

Doing New York in November & the wife is worried she won't spot me in the crowd.

"look out for friendly fire ;)"

I'd love to say I'll be moving too quick for them to get a good shot off, but instead - I'll be staggering about too erratically for anyone to target me effectively.

wicking cycling jerseys (but very good ones, suitable for running, and the rear pockets come in handy)

Handy for Candy? Why that's just dandy!

I'm so funny it hurts.

Candy - I think you mean www.foska.com! You had me fooled for a while! Thanks very much indeed. I Like the look of them.

I went into 'On Your Bike' underneath London Bridge Station on Saturday - they've got all the foski cycle jerseys. So I bought one. It's made of climacool material, so should be fine.

Thanks again Candy.

Dave - new to using these forums, but am also running New York in November. This is my first marathon so will probably see you in front somewhere.
Look out for me I will hopefully be sporting the union jacks myself.
Good Luck mate

try the ron hill site. You will also probably be able to pick some up at the marathon expo.

Ah top posting. I was just about to ask the same question . Like the design of the Foska but no pictures, just drawings (hmmmm). And they are twice the price of the Viga ones at Bournesports.

Should I go with the three lions design for our big race, or, the classic Cross of St George. I wore one of those in the NY marathon and most of the yanks had no idea whose flag it was - ("Sweden?")

I got the Foska Union Jack vest  for Paris Marathon and it was really good...I think there are some photos on their "gallery"...or you can see mine here..

It certainly helps to get a few more shout outs.
