Are you supposed to wear toe socks with Vibrams?

Personal choice, but most people don't.
You can lob them in the washing machine like socks though.
Just don't stick em in the tumble drier

Thanks, am using them to try and train some dodgy toes to straighten and move, so not running in them.

Nothing to do with Vibrams, but there have been some really good reviews for Toe Stretchers from JD Harris: http://www.jdharris.co.uk/toe-stretchers but they're cheaper if you buy them from Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/J-Harris-Original-Stretchers-Spacers/dp/B0045D47V6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1332282673&sr=8-1

I bought some last week but not used them enough to be able to comment.

Just remembered I was going to mention these -
Not cheap, may not work, but they do fit in shoes

Thanks guys, I have purchased some toe spacers etc from a podiatrist site. Spacers that are attached to fabric toe covers that slip over toes, really comfortable and at 75p even better.

Yes 75p does sound quite a bit better!
Out of interest what site was this?
