I've been a critic of Garmin in the past but I've had good service from them, so thought it worth flagging up. Recently, my 305 has been playing up, with the battery cutting out. Called them on Monday and they asked me to send it in, which I did. 4 days later I get a new replacement delivered, no questions asked. Or not many, anyway. I had one of the early ones, and must be at least 2 or 2.5 years old, so they could have pushed me away.

Thanks Garmin.

excellent service.
Do you have a link to the address as I can only find links to US returns?

My very old 101 has lost it's waterproofness (is that a real word ), it resembles a mini water bottle if it rains very heavy.
