what gear is top of the bestiness pops?

in terms of tech tops, I find asics & nike to be the best. Good stitching, placing of seams, fit, & smooth so no sore nipples.

Incidentally, need to get me wooden eyes sorted out. I though it said "filth"!

When I say "it" I meant the message. I wasnt suggesting for one moment that lp is an "it"

I am in love with my Concurve tights. They are grey and have red bits down the sides.

Chimp: I thought it was "filth" as well - and it still made sense! As I've got older I've been able to afford all the best ultra-wicking and breathable water-proof stuff and yet increasingly I only go out if the weather's fine.

Are we talking clothes or gadgets?

Clothes: My Nike rain jacket that's bright blue with a dashing white stripe and reflective detail and is smart enough to wear out to dinner. Well, it would be if running kit where ever de rigueur for dinner invites which it well and truly should be.

Gadget: My Nike Triax CV10 - has anything better ever been invented in the entire history of mankind?

does a Nathan bottle belt count as a gadget? It's got a really ruffty tuffty name, which I can't remember at the...
