Where has lucozade sport powder gone?

I'm confused. Ran the FLM in 2008 and used lucozade sport powder to make up drinks for my fuel belt during long training runs. Now I'm running VLM 2014, so went on the lucozade shop site to buy a couple of tubs of powder.

But shock horror, they don't seem to make it anymore? What's going on? I guess they still give it out at the event, so I want to train with it. And unlike many, I have no tummy trouble with it.

Can anyone help?

They haven't done it for a few years. It worked out really expensive compared to other brands so I suppose it didn't sell.
The lucozade they give out at the event is Lucozade sport in bottles and also gels.
What products have you been using in the last 6 years?

Mate, I had a 'career break'!

I used it for the 2012 VLM was the least sickly lucozade drink I found!

Rob, Having come back to running after a similar break, I was also dissappointed to find I couldn't get the Lucozade drink powder, but found Iso Energy from Holland and Barrett tastes pretty much the same and seems to perform the same too...

Jerryhzx, thanks so much. Just the sort of advice I was after.

Glad you asked this, I was just about to top up for my cycling fuel.  Cheers Jerry.
