Woolen clothing

where to buy?

OK, so this isn't exactly about running clothes - more outdoorsy clothes. Basically, I'm looking for woolen clothing - jumpers, hat, gloves. Shops don't tend to do things in wool (high street ones, which are all I have access to), and if they do, it is much too thin. So, any suggestions on where I can find woolies?

(I'm a big, woolly, and warm Scandinavian jumper type person. They treat the cold with respect there!)

Thanks,
Hild

Have you tried the charity shop ?

Our local Oxfam is full of old woollies.

or

They certainly do the outdoor stuff.

I prefer fleece.

Hey - where has the Lamb gone to recently ? ;-)

Nothing against Lamb (isn't she on a 3 week training course?), but I can't stand fleece - mainly because I don't like synthetic fibres.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll check out those web sites now.

Hildegard - Try running a search on google for "Sportwool" (or just get those knitting needles out!)
