How do I tell if they are past their best?
I was looking at my trainers after my longest ever run (12.3km) and noticed that the soles are looking worn in the same way as my last pair did (they're the same brand) - in the fore foot area.The sole of my left foot also feels a bit battered.
Is this enough evidence that they are worn out? I've only run 145km on them which seems low, however this is a little further than my last pair laste. Admittedly I have used them for some walking but nowhere near as much as I did the last pair
