Acton/Ealing/Chiswick - running clubs?? - General running

Are there any running clubs in Acton, Ealing or Chiswick, London?? I used to run and am keen to start running again with a view to entering the London 10K in July, but thought I might have a better chance if there are other people around to train with.

D0on't do the British 10K!

There's Ealing Southall and Middlesex.
And West 4 Harriers.

Annie, the harrier above are probably your most local being based around perivale track.

There is also the Ranelagh Harriers based at Richmond Park. I know Richmond Park is hardly local but it's so beautiful and a great place to run that it's worth the commute.

Also the Gunnersbury Park parkrun is very good.
